Each 90-minute session is carefully structured to maximize results:

  • Dynamic warm-ups to prime the body for explosive movements

  • Advanced speed development to enhance acceleration and agility

Middle School Sports Performance: Small Group Training

Our Middle School Sports Performance program is designed to build strong foundations for young athletes looking to improve their speed, strength, and movement quality in a fun, structured environment.

Each 60-minute session follows a proven system:

  • Floor-based mobility work to improve movement quality

  • Dynamic warm-ups to prep the body for speed and power

  • Speed training focused on acceleration and quickness

  • Plyometric & power training for explosive movement

  • Intro to the weight room—safe, age-appropriate strength training to build confidence and durability

Team Sports Performance Training

(Middle School, High School & Travel ball)

We offer exclusive team training options for middle school, high school, and travel ball programs seeking to build faster, stronger, more unified athletes—together.

These large group training sessions follow our proven system:

  • Full team mobility & dynamic warm-up

  • Speed training, agility drills, and power development

  • Customized strength training (modified by age group)

  • Team nutrition guidelines to fuel performance both in-season and off-season

Teams can train between 2 and 5 times per week, with custom time slots available. Programs are available for baseball-first organizations—but are also open to other sports teams looking to gain an edge.

This is an ideal solution for high school or travel ball teams looking to boost their entire roster’s athleticism and performance.
