Frequently Asked Questions
GENERAL
What ages or skill levels do you work with?
We work with athletes at every level—from middle school to the professional ranks. Our programs are designed to match the athlete’s age, skill level, and goals
Do you only train baseball players?
While we specialize in baseball performance, we work with athletes from all sports. Our training is built around speed, strength, power, and movement quality—fundamentals that benefit every athlete.
How are your programs different from other gyms or trainers?
Our approach blends strength, speed, and power training with individualized progressions and nutrition coaching—helping athletes get stronger, move better, and stay healthy. Every program is tailored to the athlete’s age, skill level, and goals, with a focus on proper movement mechanics, long-term development, and sustainable results—on and off the field.
How many athletes are in each group session?
Small group sessions typically include 10-12 athletes to ensure every athlete gets coaching attention while still benefiting from the group training environment.
What’s the difference between small group training and team training?
Small group training is individualized within a group setting and focused on overall athletic development. Team training is designed for entire middle school, high school, or travel teams looking to train together with a shared focus on improving performance, strength, and injury prevention.
How do you track progress?
We regularly assess athletes using our Dashr Laser Timing System for sprints and OVR Jump Technology for vertical jump, broad jump, and lateral bounds. Each athlete tracks their strength progress on a phase-specific training card and completes weekly food journals to ensure proper fueling.
Most importantly, we track attendance—our #1 Key Performance Indicator. The athletes who show up consistently are the ones who see the best results.
How do I get started with training?
You can get started by contacting us through the website or stopping by our facility on Naples Blvd. We’ll schedule an initial consultation and get you set up with the right program.
Do you offer 1-on-1 training?
No—we believe in the power of the group. “The strength of the wolf is the pack.” Athletes thrive when they’re surrounded by peers who are on the same mission. Group training brings out the best in everyone—whether it’s a freshman watching a college-committed senior set the standard or a senior stepping into a leadership role to help mentor younger athletes.
While we train in groups, every program can be individualized to meet each athlete’s specific needs—ensuring everyone gets the attention and coaching they need to grow.
Can athletes join in the middle of a season?
Absolutely. Our programs are designed to accommodate in-season athletes, with modifications for workload and recovery.
Facility & Location
Where are you located?
We’re located at our brand new facility on 6425 Naples Blvd, previously home to Athletic Republic.
What equipment and technology do you use?
We use cutting-edge tools designed to maximize performance and track progress. Our athletes sprint with Dashr Laser Timing Systems for precise speed testing, develop explosive power with OVR Jump Technology, and train with velocity-based tools to optimize strength and bar speed. We also incorporate Tidal Tank water bags for core stability, rotational power, and real-world athletic movement.
Everything we use has a purpose—helping athletes move better, get faster, and unlock their full potential.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available on-site in our parking lot as well as in the Lowe’s parking lot next door
Do parents need to stay during sessions?
Parents are welcome to stay and watch during the first few sessions. However, after that, we encourage a simple drop-off and pick-up routine. One of our goals is to help athletes build independence—learning to ask questions, make decisions, and take ownership of their development. The weight room is a great place to start fostering that autonomy.
Plus, our facility is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shops—including Miller’s Ale House, Shea’s Lansdowne Street, and more—if you’d like to relax nearby during training.
Pricing & Membership
Are there contracts or long-term commitments?
Our programs are offered on a monthly basis with no long-term contracts required. However, we do offer seasonal rates—allowing athletes to pay in full for a full season (January–April, May–August, or September–December) at a discounted rate.
What happens if we miss a session?
We offer flexibility for missed sessions—athletes can usually make them up within the same billing cycle, depending on availability.
Do you offer payment plans or discounts?
Yes—we offer sibling discounts to make training more accessible for families. Discounts are structured as follows:
10% off for the first sibling
20% off for the second sibling
30% off for any additional siblings
We also occasionally offer promotional rates and team pricing. Please contact us for current options.

How does your nutrition coaching work?
We follow the Precision Nutrition system, focusing on developing sustainable eating habits that support athletic performance, recovery, and long-term health. Athletes complete weekly food journals that we review and provide feedback on.
Do you provide meal plans?
We do not provide strict meal plans. Instead, we focus on helping athletes build long-term nutrition habits and make smarter food choices through education and consistent check-ins.

Internships & Careers
Do you offer internship opportunities?

Safety & Injury Concerns
Is training safe for younger athletes?
Yes—our programs are designed with proper progressions to ensure safety and effectiveness for all ages.
What if my child has an injury?
Studies show training the rest of your body while rehabbing an injured portion can drastically accelerate recovery time. We can adapt training for athletes recovering from injuries. We don’t work thru injuries and pain but we do work around them. We work closely with medical professionals when needed to ensure safe return-to-play strategies.
Do you offer rehab or recovery services?
While we don’t offer formal physical therapy, we include mobility work, recovery strategies, and injury prevention exercises as part of every program. We also have a network of health professionals such as physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists that we refer out to.
How do you prevent overtraining?
We closely monitor athlete workloads, adjust programs based on in-season or off-season needs, and emphasize proper recovery and nutrition.
